What is Harco for?

Harco is a rehearsal space for difficult conversations — sales calls, management one-on-ones, HR talks, leadership moments. Anything where the words matter and the stakes are high.

Is Harco an AI bot?

No. You speak with a Character — a realistic counterpart built for the scene you chose. The Character is busy, guarded, and only opens up when you earn it. Harco is the coach who debriefs you afterwards.

How does the voice conversation work?

You join a live voice session in your browser. The Character listens, replies in real time, and reads tone, pace, and hesitation. No headset required, but a quiet room helps.

Which languages are supported?

English and French today, with the same depth in both. More languages are on the roadmap — tell us which one you need.

Is my voice data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Audio is processed in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted within 30 days unless you keep it. We never sell data and never use your conversations to train public models.

Can I bring my own framework?

Yes. Harco can analyse a conversation against the criteria you care about — your sales methodology, your management framework, your internal scorecard. Spaces let you attach your own evaluation criteria.

Can my team practice together?

Yes. Create a Space, invite teammates, and share scenarios. Everyone practises individually but the team learns from a shared library of moments.

How long is a typical session?

Five to fifteen minutes of practice, then a few minutes of reflection with Harco. Most users run two or three sessions a week and feel the difference within a fortnight.

What does Harco actually tell me afterwards?

A reflective debrief — what landed, what stalled, the moment the other person leaned in or pulled back, your Conversation Signature, and one specific thing to try next time. Never a 40-page report.
