    Terms of Service

    Last updated: May 2026

By creating a Harco account you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not dense. If anything is unclear, write to hello@harco.ai.

    Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Harco and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account — keep your credentials safe.

    Acceptable use

    • Do not impersonate real prospects, customers, or colleagues without consent.
    • Do not use Harco to harass, defraud, or train models you do not own.
    • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the Character or extract its system prompts.
    • Do not upload illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.

    Your content

You own everything you create on Harco — your scenarios, recordings, and reflections. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them strictly to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train public models.

    Our content

The Harco product, including the coach Harco, the archetypes, the analyses, and the brand, is our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active.

    Plans and billing

Harco is currently in beta and free to use. We are still shaping the pricing model. When paid plans launch, we will give you advance notice and clear terms before anything changes for your account.

    Beta features

Some features may be marked beta. They can change or disappear without notice and we do not guarantee them.

    Disclaimer

Harco is a training tool. The Character is a simulation, not a real prospect. The analyses are guidance, not professional advice. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee specific sales outcomes.

    Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

    Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
