What is a credit?
One credit is one minute of voice practice. Credits are shared by everyone in your team space, so you buy practice time for the team, not seats.
Do we pay per person?
No. Every plan is per team space, with unlimited members. Invite everyone who should practice.
How does the free trial work?
You get 60 minutes of practice, free. Sign up with your work email, no credit card needed. One trial per company domain.
What if we run out of minutes?
Move to the next self-serve tier, or top up when you need to: $20 per extra hour (60 credits).
What happens to unused minutes?
Unused minutes roll over to the next month only. After that, they expire.
How do we pay?
By credit card or bank transfer, through Stripe.
Can we cancel?
Self-serve plans are monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Turnkey has a 3-month minimum. Enterprise terms are set in your contract.
