For the conversations managers put off.

Harco is a management training tool where managers rehearse feedback, performance reviews, hard news and team announcements out loud with a realistic Character, then get a personal debrief.

    Questions and answers

Which management conversations can be practised?

Giving feedback, performance reviews, announcing a reorganisation, handling conflict, briefing a new team, and any situation you describe yourself.

Does it replace our management programme?

No. It adds the practice your programme is missing. Managers rehearse what they learnt in your own situations, and you can align moments with the models you already teach.

    Is practice private?

Managers practise in a safe space. Organisations see practice activity and progress, so the training can be followed without turning it into an exam.

How do new managers get started?

Admins assign a thread, a short sequence of moments that gets harder week after week, so every new manager follows the same path.

    In which languages?

Managers can use the interface and practise in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
